All products in the Ballarini Murano range are PFOA-free, nickel-free and heavy metal-free. They also feature the patented Thermopoint, which signals when the optimum cooking temperature has been reached by changing colour, as well as detecting when it is safe to touch and wash the cookware to prolong its life.
The design is characterised by the handles, which were developed in collaboration with Matteo Thun & Partners. The style of this line is minimalist, yet Ballarini once again guarantees the maximum efficiency and stability of its utensils. The patented RADIANT bimetallic base with high thermal efficiency allows you to cook with ease and complete safety with pans that guarantee perfect resistance to scratches and abrasion.
Once again, you'll have pans with heat-insulating handles and a high thickness 4.5mm forged aluminium body for perfect heat dissipation. The inside of Ballarini pans is coated with a non-stick (composed of 5 layers) layer of Granitium Extreme, which allows intensive use for cooking.
As for the outer coating, you will love the quality of the material, which is resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean. The Murano range is also oven-proof up to 160 °C.
